1.)    How long does an average installation take ?
        It can take less than a day for smaller systems.

2.)    How often do I need my fire alarm tested and certified in Philadelphia?
        The City of Philadelphia requires annual testing and certification.

3.)    How do I put my fire alarm into test mode ?
         a.)  Call the central station: 888-289-2800
         b.)  Tell operator to place system "on test" or "no dispatch."
         c.)  Provide operator with your address or your account number.
         d.)  Give operator your unique password.
